Botox injected into the masseter muscles of the jaw to treat TMJ, an inflammation of the TMJ joint in the jaw

Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Alex Rivkin shows Dr. Ordon and Dr. Stork how he injects Botox into the masseter muscles of Suzannes jaw to treat her TMJ, an inflammation of the temporal-mandibular joint in the jaw.

In Georgia, only Dentists certified by the Board of Dentsitry can inject Botox for the purposes of TMJ pain, Migraine and Tension Headaches. Dr. Ushma Patel recently received her certification.
